    Losses are unpredictable, as is a typical day at Sedgwick . Whether you are a loss adjuster, a technical expert or one of our many support staff who help to run our business, you will find variety and unique challenges on a day to day basis. Our teams are here to help people.

    We help our clients by providing risk management advice, providing expertise on a particular claim or portfolio of claims, by providing solutions to claims issues and working towards claims resolution as quickly as possible. We help our colleagues. We are a collaborative, international business, so you may find yourself assisting a colleague on the other side of the world when they need additional resource or expertise during large events such as an earthquake, hurricane or extensive flooding.

    You could find yourself in the office in the morning on a conference call to international colleagues and a couple of hours later, onsite with a client and other key stakeholders assessing the causes of a local major loss. A career with us will be varied and rewarding.
