If you apply to a job with Sedgwick via the website, your personally identifiable information will only be used to process your application, or remain on file in your applicant profile until it is removed either at your request or by Sedgwick after one year.

If you apply for a job with Sedgwick or populate an employment profile, we from time to time disclose your Personally Identifiable Information to our agents for the purpose of evaluating your qualifications for the particular position you applied for, for other available positions or as otherwise required by law. from time to time also disclose your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties hired by us to collect, maintain, and analyze candidates for career positions or as otherwise required by law.

Your account can be used to view sensitive information for applications where a PIN is required. It is, therefore, important that you keep your PIN private, as you would your banking PIN. If your PIN is compromised, contact Sedgwick immediately.

Sedgwick takes our commitment to protecting your privacy seriously. We take reasonable measures to ensure your data remains secure, both internally and externally. However, no internet application can ever guarantee absolute security. Sedgwick will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of your Social Security number and limit access to your Social Security number to those with a need for such information. Sedgwick prohibits unlawful disclosure of Social Security numbers. Our self-service applications use industry standard technology to encrypt data between your computer and our servers.
